Step 1: Contact the school
By contacting the school at +971-4-2646202 or send an e-mail to info@ppsdubai.org, parents will have all their inquiries answered and they can schedule an appointment for administering the PPS Assessment Exams to their child/children (see Step 4)
An assessment fee of Dhs. 250 will be charged per each new family.
Fill out the Registration Form:
The Registration Form can be downloaded online here (click here to download) or can be obtained from the Registrar's Office. The form is filled out and signed by parents for every child applying to the school, as a requirement to taking the PPS Assessment Exams.
Step 2: Fill out the High School Track-Selecting Form [only if the child is applying to High School]
The High School Track-Selecting Form can be downloaded here (click here to download) or can be obtained from the Registrar's Office. The form provides guidance for choosing one of two programs offered in High School. In the Science Track program English, Arabic, Math, Biology, Music, Art, and PE are offered in addition to Chemistry and Physics, while the Arts Track program offers the same required subjects, in addition to Business and Psychology. Approval to join the Science Track depends on the learner's academic achievement on the PPS Assessment Exams as well as his/her marks in scientific subjects at the previous school. If need arises, learners enrolled at the Science Track in Grades 10 or 11 are allowed to move to the Arts Track after submitting a petition to the School Director provided he/she takes this step before Mid Year. However, this does not apply to Arts Track learners who might want to move to Science Track.

Step 3: Have the Assessment Exams administered
As per the scheduled appointment (see Step 1), the assessment exams are administered.
- New applicants applying to Preschool and Grade 1 are thoroughly interviewed and assessed for physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and language development both in English and Arabic [exemption from the Arabic Assessment if the applicant has a non-Arab nationality].
- New applicants applying to Grades 2 to 12 are asked to sit for PPS Assessment Exams. These exams cover Reading and Language skills both in English and Arabic [exemption from the Arabic Assessment Exam if the applicant has a non-Arab nationality] in addition to Computation and Problem-Solving skills in Mathematics.
- Learners applying to all levels might be asked for another assessing interview if need arises before final decision is taken.
Step 4: Wait for the phone call
Once the decision is taken, parents will be informed whether their child/children are accepted or not. For learners applying to High School, it also includes the Track they were approved to follow. A letter of admission will be given for official registration.

Step 5: Fill out the Medical Forms
The Medical Forms can be downloaded here (click here to download) or can be obtained from the Registrar's Office. The forms are filled out and signed by parents for every accepted learner before he/she is officially registered at the school. Copies of these forms are passed to the school nurse and kept in the learners' files at the school clinic. In addition, at the beginning of each new academic year, the school nurse will have the new learner's medical files transferred from their previous school to PPS (applicable only if the schools transfer was internal).
Step 6: Fill out the Transportation Forms
The Transportation Forms can be downloaded here (click here to download) or can be obtained from the Registrar's Office. Based on the parents' request, either the School Bus Transportation Form or the Private Transportation Authorization Form is filled out for every accepted learner before he/she is officially registered at the school. Copies of School Bus Transportation Forms are passed to the Bus Supervisor, possibly in the presence of the parents, to prepare the bus routes.

Step 7: Register your child officially
To officially register your child, visit the school's Registrar Office and have the following documents with you:
- Completed Medical Forms
- Completed Transportation Form
- Signed PPS Refund Policy
- Letter of Admission
- A copy of the learner's passport showing a valid residence visa (applicable to expatriates only) [Refer to Note 1]

- Most recent school Report Card (for all learners coming to Gr. 2 up to 12)
- Dhs. 500 per child.

Note 1: Any delay in submitting a copy of a valid residence visa, requires an undertaking signed by the parents to provide the visa as soon as possible.
Note 2: All school transfer certificates need to be attested in the following manner:
- Learners coming from schools in any Emirate other than Dubai: Educational Zone of the Emirate from which the school transfer certificate is issued.
